Outreach Activities
I have enjoyed many outreach activities outside of class that have created lasting memories and strengthened my skills.

I have had the privilege of serving alongside the Deaf Ministry at my local Church since my freshman year. Through interpreting songs and introductions, I have had the opportunity to be involved in creating an environment where deaf members can meaningfully participate in corporate worship.
Deaf Ministry: Interpreting

Deaf Ministry: Bible Study
It has been so fun getting to know the deaf community around Clemson. Deaf Bible study at my church has been a great way for me to be involved in the deaf community, improve my ASL skills, and get to know each of the Deaf Ministry members on a more personal level.
Deaf Ministry: Sunday School
Another special way I have been able to serve the Deaf Ministry is through interpreting in Sunday School. One family that regularly attends the Deaf Ministry has a deaf daughter. I have been grateful for the opportunity to interpret for her during the Sunday School lesson and foster an environment where she can access communication and connect with her friends.

Summer LINK: Nova Scotia
I had the opportunity to join an undergraduate serve team traveling to Nova Scotia, Canada, in the Summer of 2024. We partnered with a local church to serve the community through service and outreach.
